1. Start Low and Gradually Increase

Always start at a lower temperature setting and gradually increase it. This helps prevent scorching surfaces or damaging materials like plastics or paint.

2. Keep Moving the Heat Gun

Do not hold the gun in one spot for too long. Constantly move it back and forth to ensure even heat distribution and prevent overheating.

4. Maintain Safe Distance

Keep a safe distance (usually 2–5 cm) between the nozzle and the surface. Adjust based on the heat required and the material you’re working on.

5. Use Presets for Consistency

Save your preferred temperature and airflow settings in the preset functions. This ensures consistent results when repeating the same task.

6. Work in a Well-Ventilated Area

When removing paint or working with plastics, ensure good ventilation to avoid inhaling fumes.

7. Allow Cooling Time

After use, place the heat gun on a heat-resistant surface and let it cool completely before storing. The metal parts can remain extremely hot for several minutes.
