Private hirers using the equipment on private property require no licence / certificate to hire our tools and equipment. Trade users might need a licence / certificate for some equipment if working on site.

Damage Waiver is automatically added to orders placed online, (15% of the hire charge during the period of hire) and provides a waiver against accidental damage to our equipment up to the value of £500.

The equipment is not insured for theft, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their insurance will cover the cost of replacement.

We will need to see two proofs of identity, before we can release the goods; one from each of the lists below.

List A - Photo ID

• Full UK photo driving licence
• Passport

List B - Proof of address, must not be more than three months old:

• Bank/Building Society statemet
• Credit/Charge Card statement
• Utility Bill (Gas, electric, water, landline telephone)
• Mobile telephone bill
• Council tax bill

Same Day: This is the rate for the first day of hire between the hours of 00:01 - 24:00.

+ Day: This is the rate for an additional day of hire between the hours of 00:01 - 24:00 or part thereof after the first day or week.

Weekend: Reduced rate from late Friday afternoon to early Monday morning.

Weekly: The maximum rate for each 7 day period.

Some of our equipment has a minimum weekly charge, this charge applies whether you hire the equipment for a day, weekend or a week.

Transport costs can vary depending on the equipment, and start at £40.00 (£20.00 each way).

We cannot give a precise time for delivery, if you require the equipment for an early start, we recommend that you book the equipment for delivery the day before.

Customers are advised that the person hiring the equipment must be present during delivery to sign for the goods.
