46L Pump-Out Dehumidifiers / Dryers

Pump-Out Dehumidifiers help keep moisture levels in check, preventing the build-up of mould and dampness. However, to reap the benefits and ensure a safe experience, it's vital to use them correctly. 

One of the first considerations is positioning. Similar to other dehumidifiers, these need to be placed in a location that doesn't obstruct airflow - remember the 300mm rule. Furthermore, avoid placing them directly on a carpet; a hard, flat surface is the most suitable. 

Secondly, it's crucial to clean regularly. The filter traps dust and other particles to improve air quality, but these can accumulate over time and cause them to underperform. Remove the filter, clean it with warm, soapy water, let it dry fully, and reinsert it - doing this frequently enhances the machine's efficiency.

Lastly, remember that the Pump-Out Dehumidifier is a high-performance appliance. Avoid using them with extension leads to prevent overloading the circuit. It's always safer to plug directly into a wall socket.
